Cancellation and No Show Policy

If you need to cancel your pet's appointment for any reason, we kindly ask that you give us at least a 24 hour notice. We understand that things can happen and you may not be able to give a 24 hour notice. In that case, please call us as soon as possible to let us know that you need to cancel.

If you don't call or show up for your appointment, there will be a $35 no show/no call fee added to your next appointment.

If you don't show up or call for 2 schedule appointments, you will be required to prepay for your pet's next grooming service. This prepayment is non-refundable if you fail to show.

In addition, if you are running late for your appointment please call and let us know. If you arrive more than 20 minutes past your appointment time, it may be necessary to reschedule your pet for another available time.
